Erin Rowe

The Glade Community Historical Society will host Erin Rowe at their quarterly meeting, Sunday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at the Garfield City Hall located at 14655 S. Wimpy Jones Road. Erin is the author of “An Ozark Culinary History.” She spent a year traveling around Northwest Arkansas, interviewing people and collecting recipes that have been lost over time. She will demonstrate one of the recipes from her book, as well as how to use an instant pot.
Erin’s has served in the Peace Corps, worked in an art gallery, and traveled to all of the National Parks in the United States. She now works as a travel agent, sings in a country western band, loves to fly fish, is a pilot, and a chef. She is the owner of Ozark Culinary Tours that was just recently listed as one of the top 10 culinary experiences by AAA Magazine.
We have traveled together many times, including two trips to Greece, Durango Colorado, and Captiva Florida. Join us Sunday for a delightful experience.
