“Evie”
Evelyn is my granddaughter. She was born on a Saturday. The first girl in our family, And we gave a shout, hooray. We took some wonderful pictures And made a lot of calls. I got to hold her and cuddle, Even though she’s very small. She’s named after my mother, Evelyn Marti Steward, And her mother and grandmothers, The sweetest name we’ve heard. This little girl is precious, Made to adore and treasure. God has given us a gift. We love her beyond measure. We’ll call her little “Evie,” And we’ll have a lot of fun. We’ll watch her learn and grow, For our journey’s just begun. September 16, 2006
On September 16, 2022 Evie will be 16. She is beautiful, caring, humble, and smart. God has a special purpose and plan for her. It will be exciting to see her dreams come true as she trusts in God’s promises. Praying for God to guide her with His strength. She will make a difference wherever she goes.!
