Ruth Billingsley graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s Degree in Education. She taught for 21 years and then was CEO of a family owned engineering company. She now serves on the board of directors and lives in Arkansas with her husband Bob. She has an active roll in her church, Boundless Grace Baptist Church in Rogers, Arkansas. She is a board member of the Glade Community Historical Society and owns a one-room schoolhouse that is listed on the National Historic Register. She enjoys quilting, fly fishing, gardening, traveling and, of course, writing poetry.
