Talk about a fall! I had one a few years ago that was quite a surprise. Fishing rod in one hand, catching myself with the other, I ended up on a rocky incline next to a river – face down! Broken nose, split lip, but luckily, I didn’t break my Orvis rod!
Falls will happen to all of us, whether physical, mental, or spiritual; and when those times come, God promises to watch over us and pick us up. Stay in His word and take time to listen for His voice. We encounter many disappointments, failures, and falls; but God is there to help. Help us stand firm when we walk life’s rocky path. God heals, comforts, and loves us in times of peace, strife, and falls. Psalm 121
