By Evie Billingsley

This is my granddaughter’s first published book. Last summer she attended a Harvard summer program about neurodiversity. Her study focused on understanding human brain function and disorders such as autism, Down syndrome, attention disorder, or learning disabilities. She chose anxiety as the focus of a class project that turned into this children’s book. It is designed to give parents and kids ways to mange and understand their feelings.
Evie was awarded one of two annual RISE awards from 99 Balloons for her dedication to making her community more inclusive by creating The Grace Club at her school, Haas Hall. The club meets once a month to form friendships with special students who attend Grace School.
