I’ll sacrifice and give offering,
But those You do not desire.
Burnt offerings and sin offerings
From me You do not require.
Then I said, “Here I am, I have come

I desire to do Your will, O God.
Your law is within my soul.”

Whatever we offer to the Lord has no value unless our heart is in it. God wants our obedience and our lives to be a reflection of listening to His voice. God does not need our offering, He already owns it all. He is waiting for us to use it for His glory and delight in serving HIm. When we have a heart that is grateful for all God has done for us, it will spill over to those around us. Listen to His voice. Receive His blessings, for we are blessed to be a blessing.
