Hear my cry, O God. Listen to my plea. From the ends of the earth My prayer goes up to Thee. I call as my heart Grows faint and I cry, Lead me up to the rock That is higher than I. When Our Hearts Are Overwhelmed
- We can cry out to God. Call out to Him when we are going through hard times.
- We can call on God anytime. Whether we are feeling great or going through a tough time, call on God. He delights in your trust in Him.
- God hears us. Pray and simply talk to God. He is there.
- God is our protection. He keeps us safe every step of the way.
- We desire to be with God. That is why He made us.
- God notices our faith. We have a heritage to pass our faith on to the next generation.
- God hears our requests. Every need you bring to the Lord will be heard. He already knows but wants us to ask.
- Praise the Lord in all things. Even when we are feeling overwhelmed, it is good to praise the Lord.
- Find protection under His wings.
Scripture declares the goodness and faithfulness of God toward all of us, His beloved children, no matter what we face. Trust Him.
