Psalm 24
The earth is the Lord’s And all it contains. The world is the Lord’s And all who remain. For He founded it Upon all the seas. And established it With authority. Who ascends the hill Of the Lord with grace? Who may stand with Him In His holy place? He who has clean hands And has a pure heart. Who flees from idols And from lies depart. He receives blessings From the Lord above. Vindication too From God, who he loves. Each generation That seeks the Savior Will receive blessings And endless favor. So lift up your heads, O you gates and doors. The King of glory Comes and restores. Who is this strong King, This King of glory? The Lord Almighty, Worthy, His story.
We see the fullness of the earth! What is it full of? God Himself. Look around and He is everywhere. He owns it all and He created it all. Who can stand with God in His holy place? Those who have clean hands and a pure heart. Those who are pure in actions and intentions. How do we accomplish that? Only through our faith in Jesus. Who is this King of glory? He who owns and commands the earth and all creation. He who opened the gates and doors of heaven with His shed blood. He comes to restore us to be with Him forever. Worthy? Yes, for eternity!
